Nottingham Forest 1-1 Wolves

Nottingham Forest and Wolves could not be separated in a Midlands derby on Saturday afternoon.

The Tricky Trees took the lead through the reliable Chris Wood, who netted 10 minutes in.

But the lead only lasted two minutes before Jean-Ricner Bellegarde equalised.

Forest had the better chances as the game went on but could not find a winner on the day.

Leicester 1-2 Aston Villa

Aston Villa bounced back from a defeat to Arsenal by beating Leicester in a Midlands derby.

The Villans stormed into a 2-0 lead, courtesy of Amadou Onana and Jhon Duran.

But Leicester did hit back with a goal through Facimdp Buonanotte, putting pressure on the away side in the dying minutes.

However, Unai Emery’s side held out to take all three points.

Ipswich 1-1 Fulham

Ipswich earned their first point of the season in an entertaining draw at Portman Road against Fulham.

The Tractor Boys took the lead through summer signing Liam Delap, netting a brilliant goal in front of the home crowd.

But a new-look Fulham fought back and grabbed a goal through the Speedy Adama Traore.

It was finely poised all the way through in Suffolk but in the end the spoils were shared.

Brentford 3-1 Southampton

It was a comfortable afternoon for Brentford in West London.

Struggling Southampton were bested again, this time shipping three in the capital.

In-form Bryan Mbeumo scored either side of half-time, making it three goals in as many Premier League matches this term.

Yoane Wissa then added a third, before Yukinari scored a late consolation.

Everton 2-3 Bournemouth

Everton failed to kickstart their campaign against Bournemouth, forfeiting a 2-0 lead at Goodison Park.

The Toffees were humiliated by Tottenham last time out and initially responded on Merseyside.

Michael Keane netted the opener in the second half before Dominic Calvert-Lewin scored a second seven minutes later.

Antoine Semenyo got one back for the Cherries before Lewis Cook bagged the equaliser in added time.

In some truly astonishing scenes, Bournemouth then grabbed a winner through Luis Sinisterra.
