After their frantic activity in the transfer window, Chelsea return to action this afternoon when Crystal Palace visit Stamford Bridge.

Enzo Maresca’s side enjoyed a superb 6-2 win at Wolves last Sunday and qualified for the Europa Conference League in midweek despite a disappointing 2-1 second leg defeat to Servette.

Palace had high hopes coming into the season under Oliver Glasner but have made a slow start with league defeats to Brentford and West Ham.

Glasner will be hoping his side can build on their 4-0 thrashing of Norwich City in the EFL Cup on Tuesday night.
